Guatemalan man, Mexican woman plead guilty to fraud after having fake Green Cards

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (WIBW) – Two people pleaded guilty to possessing federal immigration documents that officials say were forged using information assigned to other people.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Santos Ramirez-Ramirez, 38, of Guatemala, pleaded guilty to one count of fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents.

Yolanda Mendoza-Emiliano, 32, of Mexico, also pleaded guilty to one count of fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents…
