COLLEGE STATION, Ark. – Authorities said they have arrested a suspect in a shooting that took place last weekend in Pulaski County.
Officials with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said 45-year-old Carlos Stout of Little Rock has been arrested in connection with the Aug. 22 shooting.
