BEXAR COUNTY – The Bexar County District Attorney’s Office will determine whether or not to file charges in the death of a 2-year-old boy who drowned in a north Bexar County Pool earlier this month.
According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office, Malachi LeBlanc died four days after the incident on Aug. 5. His death was ruled an accident.
