The 10th Annual Wheaton Arts Parade and Festival will return to downtown Wheaton on Sunday, September 27, bringing artists, musicians, dancers, community organizations and food vendors together for a day of art and entertainment.
The parade and festival begin at 10am, with activities continuing until 5pm. The parade will begin on Georgia Avenue just below University Boulevard and conclude at Marian Fryer Town Plaza, 2424 Reedie Drive, above the Wheaton Metro Station. Admission and parking are free.
Unlike a traditional parade, community members are invited to participate by pushing, pulling, carrying, wearing or performing their own artwork along the route.
