ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — “Coyote vs. Acme” hit theaters Friday and the City of Albuquerque serves as the movie’s main backdrop. The film focuses on the Wiley Coyote’s journey to sue the Acme Corporation, with the story set here in the Duke City.
The Albuquerque Film Office says it was produced almost entirely in the Land of Enchantment and employed more than 2,000 New Mexicans as crew members, lead actors, and background performers. Mayor Tim Keller might even have a cameo, but you’ll have to watch the movie to find out.
