GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — On Tuesday, downtown Grand Rapids miniature golf bar Big Mini Putt Club will host its first-ever Bricks & Birdies event in collaboration with local LEGO retailer Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids.
“Come out and meet new LEGO friends,” said Julia Petersen, owner of Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids. “It’s going to be a great evening.”

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., teams of two will compete for an hour in an adults-only LEGO-building competition organized by Bricks & Minifigs. Each team will be given a theme, and the best LEGO creations of the night will earn their teams various prizes, including gift cards for Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids.
“Everyone has creativity in them,” Petersen said. “This is a great chance for adults to have a playful, creative outlet.”
After the LEGO competition, teams can enjoy unlimited mini golf at Big Mini Putt Club until 10 p.m., and two beverage tickets are included in the $40 registration for the event…
