The Bungalow, a Southern California bar and lounge concept, is preparing to open a new San Diego location at IQHQ’s RaDD waterfront development.
The company’s new location is expected to join the Alley building, a 133,000-square-foot property within the development, according to SanDiegoVille. The company has not announced an exact opening date, address, or size for The Bungalow, and the San Diego location has not yet been added to its website. Customers can expect the brand’s mix of cocktails, food, music, and social events.
The San Diego project follows an earlier expansion that was announced in 2018 for Westfield UTC. That location was planned to span about 10,000 square feet, with more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor space, multiple bars, fire pits, gardens, and decks. The project was expected to break ground in summer 2019 and open in spring 2020, but it never materialized…
