SOUTHBOROUGH – Southborough has brought a resident to court, alleging repeated environmental violations.
In a court filing with the Worcester Superior Court, the town is asking Wayne Anderson, the owner of a parcel on Southville Road, to cease activity in his backyard, which it says is violating the Wetlands Protection Act and the town’s Wetland Protection Bylaw.
Anderson, the town alleges, has impermissibly altered the rear of his property, including clearing trees, storing materials and solid waste, and collecting debris. Furthermore, the town states that Anderson has neglected to comply with lawful orders, failing to respond entirely in certain instances…
