(NewsNation) — The Iowa murder case of a parent who strangled their 5-year-old child and later argued insanity in court is drawing a measure of comparison with the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy.
Clancy’s defense has argued the Massachusetts woman had postpartum psychosis when she strangled her three young children in Jan. 2023 before trying to kill herself.
