My 4 Sons BBQ has served smoked meats and this unusual BBQ sundae (shown here with the cup sliced to see the innards) in Midland, just outside Tacoma, since 2018. Owners Matthew and Brenda Henning will open a new location in downtown Gig Harbor in Fall 2026.
