A 51-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly fled a two-vehicle crash that caused injuries at a Boca Raton intersection, then later contacted police and turned himself in, according to a Boca Raton police affidavit.
Liber Idael Victoria, of West Palm Beach, was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving injury, a third-degree felony, and driving with a license that had been expired for more than six months, police said.
