TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash between a car and a motorcycle that left a Rootstown man dead.

The crash happened Saturday, Aug. 29, around 12:30 p.m. on State Route 212 just east of County Road 86 in Warren Township.
According to the patrol, 73-year-old James Goodmote was driving a motorcycle east on SR 212 when a westbound Honda Civic went left of center and hit him.
