LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The woman accused of a Valley Station hit-and-run that left an 18-year-old in the hospital has been granted partial release from house arrest.
Julie Willis, 52, was arrested in connection with the hit-and-run at the intersection of Dixie Highway and Valley Station that left 18-year-old Kingston Maestas with severe injuries.
According to Willis’ arrest citation, officers learned that the involved vehicle was a white Jeep Renegade that was registered to the suspect’s boyfriend. The citation states that the car was reported stolen shortly after the crash…
