MADISON, Ohio (WJW) — A 17-year-old was hospitalized after a shooting Saturday night in Madison, police said in a Sunday afternoon news release.
Investigators with the Madison Township Police Department said the victim was involved in a fight with “several individuals” near the intersection of Haywood Avenue and Lake View Avenue.

When police responded to the scene around 11:30 p.m., they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Others involved had already left the scene, according to police.
