More than 300 women representing historically Black sororities are expected to gather in Durham for SororiTea Durham, an event focused on fellowship, philanthropy and celebrating the legacy of the Divine Nine.
The premier tea party brought together members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. in a show of sisterhood and unity.
