A developer has proposed one of the first assisted living facilities to be filed under the Live Local Act in Palm Beach County.
Great Blue would measure six stories above grade and require 171,182 square feet of new construction. It would feature 140 apartments; every unit would be a one-bedroom, one-bathroom model. Additionally, Great Blue would host 112 parking spots.
Fifty-six of the homes would be reserved for seniors earning up to 30 percent of the area median income (AMI), and the remaining 84 would be for seniors earning up to 80 percent of the AMI.
