Kan. murder suspect arrested in Hutchinson will face a jury

SEDGWICK COUNTY— A Kansas man arrested by police after a standoff in Hutchinson for killing a man in Wichita will face a jury trial.

During a preliminary hearing last week, Judge Christoper Magana ruled that prosecutors presented enough evidence for 31-year-old Andrew Presley to stand trial in the killing of 32-year-old Kelly Black, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
