A Georgia-based fuel supplier has filed a federal lawsuit involving more than 1 million gallons of gas, some of which was later sold through the Freedom Fuel Network at a discounted price.
Gainesville-based Mansfield Oil filed the lawsuit in federal court last week, alleging businessman Syed Kazmi and his company, KRSM, obtained more than 1 million gallons of gas from a Mansfield supply terminal between May and July but never paid the $4 million invoice.
