RALEIGH — A federal grand jury has indicted a Peruvian national on allegations that he made false statements in an application to become a lawful permanent resident of the United States.
Miguel Angel Olivera-Borda, 38, was indicted Tuesday, Aug. 25, after federal prosecutors presented evidence to the grand jury, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
