Downtown Erie is gearing up for a busy September, with community events, festivals and even a national championship coming to the city.
The Erie Downtown Development Corporation (EDDC) joined the City of Erie and several community partners this morning to preview what’s ahead for September.
Port Farms kicks off Flower and Art Festival
Events include the Labor Day Parade, Hispanic Festival, the Erie County 9/11 Memorial Ceremony, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and LEAF in Frontier Park.
Later in the month, Perry Square will host the Firefighter Challenge United States National Championship from September 23 through 26, the first time the national championship will be held in Erie.
Cards on the Bay draws crowd of collectors
