Domestic violence suspect hit female victim in the head multiple times in Fresno, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A domestic violence-related arrest was made on Friday for a crime that was reported on July 20 in Fresno, according to the Fresno Police Department.

On July 20 at around 3:20 p.m., police responded to a report of a prior domestic violence incident, according to officials. The victim told police that she was in a romantic relationship with Miguel Felix and that they have two kids together, according to the department.

The victim said that she and Felix got into a verbal argument in July around 1 p.m., officials say. The victim was holding their one-year-old child during the verbal disturbance, officers say.

Investigators say the suspect then hit the victim on the left side of her face, leaving a laceration on the inside of her mouth. Felix continued to assault her by pulling her hair and hitting her in the head several times, officials say…
