GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — An investigation is underway after a couple from Columbia City, Indiana, died over the weekend in a vehicle crash on I-69 in Greene County.
According to Indiana State Police, a vehicle crashed into an unoccupied semi-truck that was being used to apply epoxy. The driver, Timothy Graham and his wife, Carol Graham, died at the scene. A construction worker, identified as Calif Abdullah Kelsaw Jr., of Fort Wayne, was struck and was transported by medical helicopter to Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis.
Officials with ISP say the vehicle driven by Graham was traveling southbound on I-69 when it struck the rear end of the semi-truck and burst into flames. Officials with ISP said both northbound and southbound lanes were closed for several hours due to the crash but have since reopened…
