FOLEY, Ala. (NBC 15) — Tyrone Sykes (39) of Mobile, Alabama was arrested and charged with Rape in the First Degree regarding an incident that occurred on August 28, 2026 in Foley.
The Foley Police Department received a report from an adult victim that they met with Sykes in a public place within the City of Foley. While investigating this incident, it was reported that a rape occurred. Detectives determined that probable cause existed for the arrest of Tyrone Sykes. Information was distributed to local law enforcement agencies in an effort to locate Sykes. The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office and the Mobile Police Department assisted in locating Sykes at a residence in the 5400 block of Moffett Road in Mobile where he was arrested by the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office without incident…
