TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Body camera video shows the moment a man led officers on a chase through the University of South Florida’s campus after he was found with a stolen e-scooter and drugs, according to police.
The University of South Florida Police Department said its officers saw a man riding an e-scooter while puling a wagon near USF Bear Drive and USF Alumni Drive on August 28.
Officers determined Dwayne Bryant, 40, matched the description of an person identified in a Be On the Lookout, which the police department said was related to an incident at Juniper-Poplar Hall.
