EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – An alleged speeder told Horizon City police “he wanted to see if officers were going to pull him over” after leading officers on a chase through a residential neighborhood, according to authorities.
Carlos Almeralla III was arrested Friday, August 31, at night after police witnessed him speeding along the 13400 block of Eastlake Boulevard.
