San Antonio was directly affected by Red Lobster’s 2024 downsizing when the Zarzamora and I-35 location shuttered, along with the Highway 281 and Loop 1604 location. As of August 31, 2026, four Red Lobster restaurants continue to operate in the San Antonio area.
