ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police placed six more officers on leave as a widening federal DWI deception investigation now implicates 17 APD officers and former officers.
An Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson said this move is part of APD’s ongoing internal investigation into wrongdoing by past members of the DWI Unit.
