ROCK VALLEY—A 24-year-old rural Humboldt, SD, man was arrested about 1:20 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, in Rock Valley on a charge of first-offense operating while under the influence.
The arrest of Cornelis De Jong stemmed from the stop of a Hyundai Tucson clocked at 36 mph in a 25-mph zone on Main Street near Highway 18 in Rock Valley, according to the Rock Valley Police Department.
