HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — The City of Harrisburg confirmed Monday that its reached a $13,750,000 settlement agreement with an insurance company, which is expected to cover majority of the costs of the Broad Street Market construction.
The city said it’s also be receiving $2,250,000 from the Commonwealth RACP.
The settlement comes just over one month after city officials said the opening would be pushed back to summer 2027 due to past contractor availability, weather, and supplies, among other factors…
