MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WBBJ) – Retiring Carroll County Sheriff, Andy Dickson, received the Distinguished Service Award and the Sheriff Emeritus from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association during the association’s 55th Annual Conference in Murfreesboro in August.
The association recognized Dickson for his leadership and service to not only the association but to the citizens of Carroll County as well. Dickson also received a lifetime membership in the association.
