BENTON, NY — A Syracuse man was arrested on a felony DWI charge early Saturday morning after authorities were alerted he had left a domestic incident while intoxicated.
Gregory D. Tartt Jr., 41, of Syracuse, was taken into custody on Preemption Road in the Town of Benton at 4:49 a.m. on Aug. 30.
