EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso County Commissioners recognized beloved ambassador Samuel Ornelas, “The K Man,” for his enthusiasm, community spirit, and support of the El Paso Chihuahuas in a commissioners’ court meeting Monday, Aug. 31.
“El Paso County is honored to recognize residents whose selfless service, positive influence, and civic pride help build a stronger and more vibrant community,” County Commissioner David Stout said. “Today, we get to recognize a community member who has brought that spirit to the El Paso Chihuahuas.”
