KANE COUNTY, Ill. — A man is facing a first-degree murder charge after allegedly killing a woman who was found dead in her home Sunday in Elgin.
Christian Flores, 54, who was homeless, was taken into custody in Indiana Sunday night and is pending extradition back to Illinois.
