Each carries a memory of Bradan Salisbury, Cullop’s only son, who died days after he was critically injured in a motorcycle crash in west Wichita. A woman, Joey Hogan, was in the other vehicle. She was arrested for suspected DUI, though, with Bradan’s death, the case is being investigated as a vehicular homicide…
