SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota County Schools said a $7.5 million grant award tied to a trades academy at Suncoast Technical College’s North Port campus was revoked.
The district said it learned of the decision Aug. 26 and had not been told revocation of the full award was under consideration.
