Nicko’s Pizza and Subs will shift operations from 1239 4th St. S. to 900 MLK Jr. St. S. in May 2027. This puts them inside The Looking Glass Initiative, a redevelopment sitting between Roser Park and Campbell Park.
The new building will give them more room. Kitchen space doubles, and the dining area grows too. They’re adding an outdoor patio where guests can eat or attend events, plus they’ll offer catering and serve more food options than before.
Nicko’s won’t close its doors at 4th Street until May at the earliest. Pizza, wings, and sandwiches are the heart of the menu every day. They opened four years back, and locals have kept coming…
