CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Cedar Rapids Police have arrested a woman they say disarmed one officer and injured another with her vehicle.
Jill Lampe, 39, of Cedar Rapids, is charged with three counts of assaulting an officer, disarming a peace officer, three counts of interference with official acts and harassment.
