CLAYTON, Mo. – A St. Ann man is in custody after a 3-year-old child in his care injured themselves in an accidental shooting.
According to a statement from the St. Ann Police Department, the shooting happened just after midnight on Sunday in the 10300 block of St. Dolores Drive.
Officers arrived to find the child suffering from a gunshot wound to his hand. The child was rushed to the hospital.
