SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man has been charged after police say he made threats toward staff and customers inside a business on Sunday, Aug. 30.
According to online court dockets, Ulysses Boulton Jr., born in 2006, has been charged with second-degree terrorist threat in Greene County Circuit Court.
Springfield police say in a social media post that the incident occurred inside and outside of a business on E. Sunshine Street after midnight Sunday.
