Fire crews near Reno, Nevada, have the Hawk Fire at 95% containment after it burned more than 15,000 acres, destroyed 47 homes and pushed evacuation orders across as many as 90,000 people at its peak. Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo declared a state of emergency for Washoe County.
