Tacoma’s Museum District dining scene has a fresh new addition that’s built on friendship, creativity, and a serious love of sandwiches.
Located inside the Museum of Glass, Sliced is the newest venture from partners Victor Mitchell and chef Kyle Campisi, who have transformed the café space into a destination for artisan sandwiches, specialty desserts, coffee, and community events. By partnering with the beloved bakery The Cat & Rabbitt, the duo hopes to create more than just another lunch spot.
“Our slogan was originally, ‘Come for the cake, stay for the sandwiches,’” Campisi said. “But honestly, it’s become really organic. We sell a lot of both, which is awesome.”…
