A tenant at a housing complex in West Tacoma is suing her landlord for allegedly subjecting her to unsafe and deteriorating living conditions and steep rent hikes.
Melody Frazier has since 2017 lived at Westside Estates, also known as “North Pearl Street,” according to the Washington Secretary of State’s website.
