Troy Richardson, who worked for the city of Hopewell for 17 years, retired on Aug. 28. His role was Combination Building Inspector II with Hopewell’s Planning and Development Department.
Richardson, of Chesterfield, played an important role in supporting safe and responsible development throughout his career, according to Hopewell’s Aug. 28 “Hopewell Happenings.”
