St. Louis NAACP calls for changes to City Justice Center

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis NAACP branch says conditions at the City Justice Center are outdated and in need of major changes.

On Tuesday, the NAACP released a report that showed overcrowding, problem processing people into jail and questions about jail deaths.
