WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) — A gruesome discovery by a local influencer led him to start a fundraiser to help animals in need.
Spencer Bosley, who owns SB Mowing, was clearing overgrown brush on a property when he discovered the dead body of a dog wrapped in a plastic trash bag.
