WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno is demanding that Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont apologize for the death of a 29-year-old Ohio man killed in a crash last weekend.
sent Lamont a letter on Tuesday saying the driver who caused the crash held a Connecticut “drive-only” license, a category the state issues to people who cannot prove they are in the country legally.
“A 29-year-old Ohioan was killed because an illegal alien ran a stop sign,” the Westlake Republican wrote. “I write to express outrage over this preventable loss of innocent life.”…
