COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The second of three men charged in the 2024 death of a Columbus man who crashed his car into a building after being shot has received his sentence.
Timothy Brown, 25, was initially charged with murder, aggravated robbery and obstructing justice. He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was given a $1 million bond after his indictment in January. View a previous report in the player above.
The murder and aggravated robbery charges were not pursued, and Brown pleaded guilty to obstructing justice in June, according to court records.
