EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — First responders in Evansville are sounding the alarm about a silent deadly danger after several people were taken to the hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning.
“Had we not responded when we responded, the situation would have been, potentially a lot worse and potentially would have ended up in the ICU,” says Paramedic Hannah Goudreau.
On Monday evening, fire officials responded to a call that multiple people, including a child, were unresponsive when they arrived and they found at least two people fully unconscious.
