MARINA DEL REY – Prosecutors have declined to file charges after two people were hospitalized in a stabbing at the Pearl Apartments in Marina del Rey last month, saying there was insufficient evidence to pursue the case.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to a medical call in the 4000 block of Via Marina at 9:42 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14. One person was taken to a hospital at 10:05 a.m., followed by a second patient at 11:03 a.m., according to the department.
