Central Alabama Community College’s Prattville campus sees major growth, plans $44.7 million in investment

PRATTVILLE, Ala. – Central Alabama Community College’s Prattville Campus is experiencing significant growth in enrollment, academic programs, and community investment since opening its permanent location in 2022.

Enrollment has increased 470 percent since the campus opened, while employee salaries have grown from $300,113 to more than $2 million. The college has invested $20.2 million in the campus and plans to invest another $24.5 million during 2026-27, bringing total capital investment to about $44.7 million by the end of 2027.
